Shipping of artworks is free of charge and carried out all over the world. We cooperate with the following logistics companies: Russian Post, PEK, CDEK, Art-mail, Pony Express.
Delivery in Moscow and Moscow region is carried out by courier.
IInternational customs duties on artwork are determined by the country of importation and are paid by the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be upon receipt.
Shipping is carried out after receipt of payment for ordered artworks (with the exception of Moscow and the Moscow region, where cash payment is possible). To send paintings from Russia abroad, an export permit is required, which we issue within one to two working days.
In order to avoid problems and mistakes when checking out, please, check your data: name, surname, zip code, residential address, telephone number and correct e-mail address. After sending the order, we provide a tracking code of the package by which the parcel can be easily tracked online on the website of the logistics company or post office in your country.

We want to make sure that all our customers receive the ordered artwork safe, so we carefully pack all orders. The ordered painting will be delivered to your city or country as quickly as possible.
returns and refunds
The possibility of return is considered individually. If you are not completely happy with the artwork you received, be sure to let us know and we will try to resolve the issue.
Under Russian law, you have the right to refuse work or return it within 14 days after receipt. In this case, the artwork must be completely safe, and you have to show documents confirming the purchase. If these conditions are met, we will refund your money in cash or transfer to the specified account within 7 days.
Return shipping for reasons beyond the control of the seller is the responsibility of the buyer.

IF YOU FIND DEFECTS
When you receive the artwork, inspect it carefully for any defects. If during the inspection any defects were revealed, you can return or replace the artwork at our expense. If replacement is not possible, we will refund.
